- Sauberhaltung der Sozialräume
- Müllentsorgung und Auffüllen von Verbrauchsmaterialien
- Pflege der Außenanlage (Unkraut entfernen, Gartenpflege nach Saison, Reinigung Parkplätze und Zufahrt, Winterdienst)
- Fahrtätigkeiten (Erledigung von Botengängen und Besorgungsfahrten) mit bereitgestelltem Fahrzeug
- Bei Bedarf Unterstützung der Instandhaltung oder anderen Abteilungen je nach Voraussetzungen
